Overview
North Orissa University (NOU), established in 1998, is a prominent public university located in Baripada, Odisha, India. Renamed as Maharaja Sriram Chandra Bhanja Deo University in honor of the legendary ruler of Mayurbhanj, NOU serves as a significant center for higher education and research in the state.
