Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) is a central university located in New Delhi. Established in 1920, the university is recognized by the UGC and accredited by an ‘A’ grade by the NAAC. Jamia Millia Islamia is ranked 3rd among the top universities in India and 25th rank in the management category by NIRF 2024. JMI has several research centers including the Center for Management Studies, the Nelson Mandela Center for Peace and Conflict Resolution, and the AJK Mass Communication Research Center.

Jamia Millia Islamia Admission
Jamia Millia Islamia admission usually begins in the month of April, every year. The admission process is completely online for all courses. Candidates need to register on the official website of the university. Admission to most of the UG, PG, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, and PhD programs is based on the entrance exam conducted by the university. For admission to BTech, B.Arch, BDS programs, the university accepts national-level entrance exams such as JEE Main, NATA, and NEET, respectively. Jamia Millia Islamia will offer admission to some specializations of BA (Hons), B.Sc (Hons), and B.Voc on the basis of CUET scores.

- To register online, visit the JMI Admission Portal – jmicoe.in
- Click on “Admissions” to register for the desired program
- Create login id and enter basic information such as Name, Academic Qualifications, Contact Numbers, etc
- Click on submit button the upload the photograph and signature
- Once the registration of admission form is successfully submitted the system will send an email bearing the Unique CODE with a link to verify the email account, and login (email ID), Password to access the account
- After link verification, and using login ID and Password, the candidate may login to the portal and proceed to apply for the program(s) of his/her choice
- Pay the application fee of INR 700 and INR 500 (for BTech & BArch) through Debit/Credit cards, Net Banking, and Online Wallets, etc
- Submit the application form and download a printout for the same for future reference

Jamia Millia Islamia Result
Jamia Millia Islamia announces results of semester exams and entrance tests through its official website. Students can check their results by entering the roll no. printed on the admit card. Generally, the results for semester exams are announced in the month of December and May. If the students are not satisfied with their marks in the semester exams they can also apply for the revaluation of their answer sheets within 15 days after the results are announced. To check JMI results, follow the below-given steps:
- Visit the home page of the JMI.
- In the main menu, click on the ‘Examination’ section.
- In the drop-down menu, click on the ‘Results’ section.
- After clicking on ‘Results’, you will be redirected to the listing page.
- Now click on your desired course link.
