Bharathiar University is a public university located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The UGC- recognised university was established in 1982. NAAC accredited Bharathiar University with a grade ‘A++’. It ranks 21st among the top universities in India under NIRF University Ranking 2023.

Bharathiar University admission into UG and PG courses are based on entrance and merit scores. Once the applicant applies on the official website, Bharathiar University releases merit lists with the shortlisted candidates. Then the shortlisted candidates must appear for counseling and document verification. Click on the admission tab.
On the left panel students can find PG, PhD, MPhil, UG admissions. Click on the desired study level.
Now click on the online application link.
Post registration, login with the same credentials and fill in the application form.
Once the application form is filled, pay the application fee of INR 400 for the general category and INR 200 for the SC/ST category.
