About Us

BK Birla College is a private college situated in Kalyan (Mumbai), Maharashtra. It is also known as BK Birla College of Arts, Science and Commerce and was established in the year 1972. The college is affiliated with the University of Mumbai. The college has been recognized by UGC and is accredited by NAAC with “A” grade. BK Birla College offers various courses at the undergraduate as well as postgraduate levels in the stream of arts, science, and commerce. Admission to all the offered courses is offered based on merit in the qualifying exam for most of the UG and PG courses. For BMS, MHCET is accepted by the college, and admission to the M.Sc EVS course is also offered on the basis of an entrance exam.

BK Birla College Admission

BK Birla College admission is carried out based on marks secured in the qualifying examination for both UG as well as PG courses, except BMS. The admission to the BMS course is offered on the basis of the candidate’s performance in MHCET (under AICTE). The BK Birla College admission process is explained below step-by-step:

Step 1: Register Online and Complete the Application

Students seeking admission at the college must fill out the pre-admission enrolment form on the Mumbai University admission portal.
Once the HSC/12th Board exam result is out and the admission schedule is released, candidates must submit the duly filled BK Birla College application form (online) available on the official website i.e.https://www.bkbirlacollegekalyan.com/.

Step 2: Merit List Announcement

After the registration process is over, the college will release merit lists in various rounds for admission at the college. The college generally releases 3 merit lists on its official website for each program to fill the seats. If the seats remain vacant after the third round, the BK Birla College admissions are conducted through on-spot counseling.

Step 3: Verification of Document & final admission

Candidates selected through the merit list must report to the college for verification of their documents. Once the verification is done, the seats is confirmed at the college only after the payment of the BK Birla College admission fee.

BK Birla College Cutoff

BK Birla College cutoff 2024 for the UG courses has been released as two merit lists.
