Central Rice Research Institute (CRRI), Cuttack

The Central Rice Research Institute (CRRI), now renamed as ICAR-National Rice Research Institute (NRRI), was established in 1946 and operates under the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Government of India. Located in Cuttack, Odisha, it is a premier institute for rice research in India and South Asia.
